The room feels brand-new and is so cozy, plus the bed is amazingly comfortable—got some good Z's here! 🛏️ The location is super convenient, close to lots of stores, shops, and restaurants.

The room was not clean; the curtain on the window was half off the curtain rod; there were bugs in the overhead light in the room; there was a hole in the bathroom door; there were holes in the sheet which did not apprear to be all that clean; thee were smudges and holes in the bedspread. It was late when we arrived and we knew all rooms in Champaign were full or we could not have stayed. Then when we canceled the following night, we were charged extra because we canceled. Instead of $200 for 2 nights we were changed $166 for one night because we canceled the following night. We have told everyone we know in the Champaign area not to stay or recommend your motel.

The employees were pleasant and accommodating.

The rooms were brand-new and comfy, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was in a marvelous location near restaurants within walking distance, a drug store, Thai food, Popeyes, and many shops. It was 1 mile from Firehouse Subs, offering quick-service food.

The desk clerk when we checked in was very nice.

The room was dirty--the door frames were grimy, the bathroom floor had dirt around the edges, there was crusty stuff on the bedspread, there were cobwebs along the corners of the ceiling, the towels may or may not have been all changed before we came, and the room smelled. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but there was definitely a stale smoke smell, along with a general bad smell in the room. The furniture had cigarette burns on it, the chairs had water (?) stains on them--we did not want to sit in them. The light fixture was full of bugs, the second lock on the door was snapped off. There was a breakfast, but even though we made our own waffles they tasted somewhat like I imagine cardboard would taste. We could not get out of there fast enough. All this for $133.00.

Location: the hotel was near stores and restaurants, drug store, Thai food and Popeyes and several popular restaurants. I enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Outstandingly accommodating and accommodating staff, provided information if needed.

This was a $29.a night hotel for $166.because of Uof I graduation-the worst place I've stayed in my (57)life! The floor was sticky and not vacuumed,wreaked of smoke,burn holes in sheets, bugs in light fixtures,filthy walls and doors,no coffee for the filthy coffee maker-I don't know where to stop! Sleep in the car instead!

The location is fantastic, with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, and we even had a room with a bathtub, which made it a good experience.

Room was dirty, no fitted sheet on bed. suite wasn't really that "sweet", jacuzzi drain cover wouldn't stay down. Hotel personnel sucked.

This place had stable wifi, a clean room with a fairly clean bathroom, an exceptionally comfortable bed, and outstandingly accommodating staff.

The room smelled. The soap was opened and used when we got there. The tv and mirrors were dirty There was a mouse trap in the corner of the room Furniture was uncomfortable the fan did not work in the bathroom Not all the lights in the room worked No tv remote

Always a good stay at this hotel, with helpful staff, strong Wi-Fi, and a convenient location close to Downtown.

The shower was so filthy we had to buy shower sandals. Our room reeked of smoke, and although there was Cable tv, most channels came out snowy. Since we had a laptop, we were able to fall back on the wireless, which sort of worked. Overall, we had a bad experience. Cheap spot though, so I guess you get what you pay for.
